Big Island Abalone

Updated: I didn't realize that it was supposed to come with 5 pieces (It says so on the package label in the photo).  No wonder the lady was looking at the package carefully before putting in the bag.  I think she tried to give me a good deal with 6 pieces.

I think they used soy sauce for seasoning.  There are 5 because 1 is in my stomach.  This thing is so yummy and very light.
