Another Big Day of Surfing Experience

It was lots of fun to surf at the new spot called Popular.  The surf spot is just right by Royal Hawaii hotel in Waikiki.  My co-workers and I met up at the Fort DeRussy's parking lot at 6 AM.  Then we walked in the dark through the Army Museum to paddle out.  This morning temperature was around 68F, which wasn't bad when I wore 2 rashguards to keep my body warm.  Thanks to Miwa for the tip!!
Both of my co-workers are professional athletic.  One guy is a Hawaii Iron Man and a Boston Marathoner, and the other guy is a volleyball player.  And they both can definitely surf very well.  We were out for about 2.5 hours.  Although I only caught a few waves but nothing worth more than seeing a sunrise in the ocean on the surfboard.  Time to get a hard-board!!
