Kapiolani and Makaloa Flooded

MJ is Back on Halloween

MJ came back alive on the Halloween night to walk around Waikiki. I'm not sure if he looks better before or after death? Oh that lady helped him doing the Crotch Grab dance.

No More Blisters on a Long Run But....

I'd been searching for ways to prevent blisters around my toes. Blisters are usually shown up around my little toes when i do more than 8 miles run. I've tried various methods: cutting toenails, using dried-socks, changing running shoes to xtra wide (4E), and sprinkling baby powder. None of these methods works. With the power of Google search, I found an article that recommended wearing toesocks. I ordered a pair from Amazon and tried them on a 10 miles run. The socks work great as they prevent blisters around my toes. However the socks make my feet wider and now the outter side of my little toes hurt. As my foot hits the ground my little toe hit and rub against the side of the shoe. I love these toesocks but should I cut open a hole on the side of my shoes so that my little toe can have more room??

Best Onsen Egg

I usually don't like soft-boiled eggs except this one. The soft egg yolk was so tasty with no smell at all. The egg tasted very light salty which added a nice touch to my taste buds.

Diamond Head 8.9 Run

GPS Data for Diamond Head 8.9
The weather was cool and rain randomly. My legs were stiff on the first 3 miles probably caused by the Koko Head hike
yesterday. This run was supposed to be an easy run. But by the time I was on Diamond Head I was just too energetic
so I pushed myself to the end. If doesn't count L1 and L12 that I walked to warm up and cool down, my pace should
be around 10 min/mi
