IPhone Development First-Hands On

Finally I freed up to pursue my own interest, I was stuck in a bad position for a few months. Learning Iphone development is my next goal for these few months. I would call my endeavor a success if I finish the book and actually develop something tangible yeah using finger tips.. CH 2 and 3 chapters were quickly skimmed yesterday and tonight the goal is to wrap up CH3 and start CH 4. So far I can tell that Objective C and XCode environment are a lot different from C# and Visual Studio.

The first experience wasss.. I was pretty lost trying to navigate to different windows.. the concept of language itself was fairly similar to a lot of C# concept.

Jupiter Cyber Cafe

 Recently I've been hitting up Jupiter Cafe a lot.  I love their Thai Latte and lighting/atmosphere which great for study.  The cafe is so far my number one favorite.  Here's why:   

1. It's in a walking distance from my house

2. Free wireless internet access (though not reliable sometimes)

3. Delicious latte

4. Excellent Sandwich

5. Easy to find a seat (though it's getting crowded everyday)

6. No problem finding electrical outlets to power my laptop.  Each seat has outlets behind the bench.  Unlike at Borders, the seats by outlet are the most valueable estate.. and people are willing to fight for it.

7. Lots of students, I feel young again when I blend in.

8. Cool Cashiers.. all the employees are pretty cool.
